With social distancing now such a huge part of our daily lives, we do our consultations in two stages.

The first is a phone consultation, where we obtain all of the information to get you started as a new client. The second consultation can be scheduled based on clients individual needs, including if we feel it necessary to behaviorally assess your pet. We schedule a team member to come to your home and meet with you. Any situation were a staff member comes to your home there will be a fee accrued. This fee will be reflective of the length of the time spent with you.

This consultation is also used to obtain a copy of your keys if other arrangements are not made. (Keyless code entry, lockboxes, etc) There is a fee that accrues based on how long the meeting lasts. This also goes for key drop offs.

Holiday Fee

All visits that are scheduled on major holidays that we observe (please view our holidays page for more information) there is a $15 fee applied to each visit and $20 fee for in home boarding services performed on a holiday/holiday weekend.

Cancellation Fee

We allow our dog walking clients the flexibility to change their walking schedules weekly, and do understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is full charge of any midday walk cancelled after 8pm for the following day. 24 hours notice is needed for all off hour walks, and walks scheduled and cancelled on the same day are subject to a full charge of the service.

Our boarding services require 2 weeks notice for cancellations in order to avoid a fee. After which the fee will vary depending on the length of time given for the cancellation.

All pet sitting services require 1 weeks notice for cancellations. Any instances where you return home early from a scheduled trip, all remaining pet sits will still be charged at the full rate.

misc fees

Invoices that are 21 days late will accrue a fee of $15. Failure to make payment on invoices will continue to accrue a late fee of $15 per week.
Complicated Medication Administration: diabetic injections, asthmatic treatments, and those pets that do not take pilling/medication administration very easily: $10 per visit
Litter box Cleaning - the full removal of all contents, cleaning and fresh litter placed in: $15
Caged Animals(when in households with other pets): Prices start at $10 an animal depending on how many additional pets you have
Garden/Outdoor Plants Watering: Prices start at $15 and go up depending on how many plants there are
